I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduating from La Cueva High School I attended Baylor University where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Masters degree in Taxation. My interest in photography began during my senior year in college and it has since evolved into a true passion.
I began to photograph buildings on my college campus, landmarks around town, and scenery at the local park. After experimenting with all kinds of photography, I found myself captivated by wildlife and landscapes. Through wildlife photography I have learned to appreciate animals, respect their habitat, and stand in awe of God’s beautiful creation. While I particularly enjoys photographing wildlife and landscapes, I try to never let a photo opportunity pass me by.
I have had the privilege of traveling to various countries including, Japan, Hong Kong, Italy, France, Spain, England, Portugal, Mexico, Italy, Switzerland, and India. While traveling, I strive to capture the culture of each country by photographing its buildings, architecture, people, and scenery.
I currently reside in Albuquerque with my loving wife, Jessica, and wild dog, Chloe. I work for Baca & Redwine, P.C. as a certified public accountant. When I’m not taking pictures you can likely find me working on tax returns, on the golf course, or relaxing with family and friends.
